Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years or older
  • One year of professional driving experience
  • Successful completion of company road test
  • Ability to be trained on powered industrial trucks
  • Possess a valid driver’s license with a good driving record
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds consistently and up to 80 pounds occasionally
  • Ability to exert pushing force up to 40 pounds
  • Must follow safe operating procedures
  • Ability to provide quality customer service
  • Ability to work overtime
  • Pass pre-employment drug test excluding THC
  • Valid DOT Medical Card

Job Qualifications

  • Must be 21 years or older
  • One year of professional driving experience in cube van, box truck, or semi
  • Must successfully complete company road test by a qualified assessor
  • Ability to be trained and safely operate powered industrial trucks and high reach lifts
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a good driving record
  • Ability to consistently lift 50 pounds and occasionally up to 80 pounds
  • Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds
  • Ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures
  • Demonstrated quality customer service skills
  • Ability to work overtime as needed
  • Must successfully pass pre-employment drug test excluding THC
  • Valid DOT Medical Card per DOT/FMCSA guidelines

Job Duties

  • Drive a box truck under 26,001 pounds or other vehicles while making 10-20 deliveries per day
  • Complete and maintain accurate records and logs including driver logs and fuel purchase logs
  • Make on-time deliveries at customer locations in a safe and punctual manner under all weather conditions
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections daily
  • Consistently lift 50 pounds and occasionally up to 80 pounds, using team lifts or mechanical equipment for commercial tires
  • Exert pushing force up to 40 pounds when handling barrels and industrial/agricultural tires
  • Assist in loading and unloading trucks and occasionally operate equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
  • Communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and management
  • Collect payments from customers upon delivery
  • Follow job-related instructions and perform other duties as assigned
