Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- 1 year of professional driving experience
- ability to be trained in powered industrial trucks
- valid driver’s license with good driving record
- ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently
- ability to exert pushing force of up to 40 pounds
- ability to follow safe operating procedures
- demonstrated customer service skills
- ability to work overtime
- pass a pre-employment drug test excluding THC
- valid DOT medical card
Job Qualifications
- Must be 21 years or older
- 1 year of professional driving experience with cube van, box truck, or semi and pass company road test
- ability to be trained and safely use powered industrial trucks and high reach lifts
- valid driver's license with good driving record
- ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally up to 80 pounds
- ability to exert pushing force of up to 40 pounds
- ability to follow instructions and operating procedures
- demonstrated ability to provide quality customer service
- ability to work overtime as needed
- successfully pass pre-employment drug test (excluding THC/marijuana)
- valid DOT medical card per DOT/FMCSA guidelines
Job Duties
- Drive a box truck under 26,001 pounds or other vehicles during routes making 10-20 deliveries per day
- complete and maintain accurate records and logs including driver's logs and fuel purchase logs
- make on-time deliveries at customer's locations in a safe and punctual manner in all weather conditions
- perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on the vehicle
- lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds using team lifts or mechanical equipment
- exert pushing force of up to 40 pounds when handling barrels or industrial/agricultural tires
- assist in loading/unloading trucks and operate equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks when needed
