Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- must be 21 years or older
- minimum 1 year professional driving experience
- valid driver’s license
- good driving record
- ability to lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally up to 80 pounds
- ability to exert pushing force up to 40 pounds
- ability to follow safety instructions and procedures
- ability to communicate effectively
- ability to work overtime
- successful completion of drug test
- possession of valid DOT Medical Card
- authorized to work in the country of employment
Job Qualifications
- Must be 21 years or older
- minimum 1 year of professional driving experience with cube van, box truck, or semi
- successful completion of company road test
- ability to be trained and safely use powered industrial trucks and high reach lifts
- possession of valid driver’s license and good driving record
- demonstrated ability to provide quality customer service
- ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures
- ability to work overtime as needed
- successfully pass pre-employment drug test excluding marijuana
- valid DOT Medical Card per DOT/FMCSA guidelines
Job Duties
- Drive a box truck under 26,001 pounds and make 10-20 deliveries per day
- complete and maintain accurate records and logs including driver logs and fuel purchase logs
- make on-time deliveries in a safe and punctual manner under all weather conditions
- perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on the vehicle
- lift products consistently up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 80 pounds with team lifts or mechanical equipment
- exert a pushing force up to 40 pounds with barrels and industrial tires
- assist in loading and unloading trucks and occasionally operate equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
- work approximately 8-12 hours per day
- operate handheld device to ensure all deliveries are fulfilled
- communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and management
- collect payments from customers upon delivery
- perform other job-related tasks as assigned by supervisor
