Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • must be 21 years or older
  • minimum 1 year professional driving experience
  • valid driver’s license
  • good driving record
  • ability to lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally up to 80 pounds
  • ability to exert pushing force up to 40 pounds
  • ability to follow safety instructions and procedures
  • ability to communicate effectively
  • ability to work overtime
  • successful completion of drug test
  • possession of valid DOT Medical Card
  • authorized to work in the country of employment

Job Qualifications

  • Must be 21 years or older
  • minimum 1 year of professional driving experience with cube van, box truck, or semi
  • successful completion of company road test
  • ability to be trained and safely use powered industrial trucks and high reach lifts
  • possession of valid driver’s license and good driving record
  • demonstrated ability to provide quality customer service
  • ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures
  • ability to work overtime as needed
  • successfully pass pre-employment drug test excluding marijuana
  • valid DOT Medical Card per DOT/FMCSA guidelines

Job Duties

  • Drive a box truck under 26,001 pounds and make 10-20 deliveries per day
  • complete and maintain accurate records and logs including driver logs and fuel purchase logs
  • make on-time deliveries in a safe and punctual manner under all weather conditions
  • perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on the vehicle
  • lift products consistently up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 80 pounds with team lifts or mechanical equipment
  • exert a pushing force up to 40 pounds with barrels and industrial tires
  • assist in loading and unloading trucks and occasionally operate equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
  • work approximately 8-12 hours per day
  • operate handheld device to ensure all deliveries are fulfilled
  • communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and management
  • collect payments from customers upon delivery
  • perform other job-related tasks as assigned by supervisor
