Job Requirements
- Must be 18+ years old (21+ to deliver alcohol)
- Must have a valid driver’s license number
- Must provide social security number (US only)
- Must have consistent access to a smartphone
- Must have any car, scooter, or bicycle in select cities
- Must pass eligibility and ID verification
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous delivery or customer service experience is a plus
- Ability to use smartphone apps for navigation and communication
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Good communication skills
- Friendly and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to maintain professionalism and reliability
Job Duties
- Deliver meals to customers promptly and accurately
- Pick up groceries and retail orders from stores and deliver them safely
- Use the DoorDash Dasher app to manage delivery tasks
- Communicate clearly with customers and DoorDash support when needed
- Maintain a clean and safe vehicle or transportation method
- Follow all local traffic and safety regulations
- Ensure proper handling and care of food and retail items during delivery
