Job Requirements
- Be 18 years or older (21 years or older to deliver alcohol)
- Have a valid driver's license number
- Have reliable access to a car, scooter, or bicycle in select cities
- Possess a social security number (for U.S. Dashers)
- Own a smartphone with consistent internet access
- Complete identity verification successfully
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to use a smartphone and navigate delivery apps
- Excellent time management and customer service skills
- Strong communication skills
- Basic knowledge of local area and traffic patterns
- Previous delivery or driving experience is a plus
Job Duties
- Accept delivery requests through the DoorDash app
- Pick up orders from restaurants, grocery stores, or retail locations
- Deliver orders promptly and accurately to customers
- Use GPS and navigation tools to find the best delivery routes
- Communicate effectively with customers and support team if needed
