Job Requirements
- Must be 18+ years old (21+ for alcohol delivery in certain states)
- Access to a car, scooter, or bicycle (bicycle in select cities only)
- Possess a valid driver’s license
- Provide a social security number if applying in the U.S.
- Consistent access to a smartphone with internet
- Ability to pass background checks and ID verification
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous delivery or customer service experience is a plus
- Ability to navigate local areas efficiently
- Comfort using smartphone technology and the DoorDash app
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license and knowledge of local traffic laws
Job Duties
- Receive delivery orders through the DoorDash app
- Pick up food or items from restaurants, grocery stores, or convenience stores
- Deliver orders promptly and accurately to customers
- Manage multiple deliveries efficiently
- Maintain a professional and courteous attitude when interacting with customers and merchants
- Ensure the safety of deliveries during transport
- Use the DoorDash app to track delivery status and earnings
