- 21 years or older to deliver alcohol
- have a valid driver's license number
- own any car, scooter, or bicycle (depending on city)
- have a consistent access to a smartphone
- provide a social security number if in the US
Job Qualifications
- able to drive or have access to a bicycle or scooter in select cities
- capable of using a smartphone and delivery app
- good communication and customer service skills
- reliable and punctual
- basic knowledge of city geography and routes
- able to comply with safety and regulatory requirements
Job Duties
- pick up orders from restaurants, grocery stores, or retail outlets
- deliver orders promptly and safely to customers
- utilize the DoorDash Dasher app to manage deliveries and navigate routes
- communicate effectively with customers and support teams as needed
- handle cash out and payment processes through the app
- maintain knowledge of delivery areas to optimize routes
- ensure a high standard of customer service through timely and accurate deliveries
