Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to obtain required licensure/endorsement including DOT Medical Card
- Experience operating a 20-24 foot box truck preferred
- Basic knowledge of GPS navigation
- Physical ability to handle loading and unloading materials
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work four 10-hour days per week with varied hours and occasional overnight routes
Job Qualifications
- Must be able to obtain the required licensure/endorsement to drive 20-24 foot box truck, including a DOT Medical Card
- Experience driving a 20-24-foot box truck (preferred but not required)
- Understanding of how to use a GPS
- Ability to lift, bend, push, pull and move products using a pallet jack and/or forklift
Job Duties
- Loading, unloading, and driving a 20-24 foot box truck
- Safe and timely delivery to customers with a high level of customer service
- Following DOT rules and regulations
- Conducting thorough daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintaining a clean, professional image of self and vehicle
- Assisting with branch warehouse support
