Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to obtain required licensure and endorsements to drive 20-24 foot box truck, including a DOT medical card
- Ability to lift and move heavy products
- Ability to follow safety protocols and DOT regulations
- Ability to perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Availability to work 4 days a week with 10-hour shifts, including occasional overnight routes
Job Qualifications
- Ability to obtain required licensure and endorsements to drive 20-24 foot box truck, including a DOT medical card
- Experience driving a 20-24 foot box truck preferred but not required
- Understanding of how to use GPS technology
- Physical capability to lift, bend, push, pull, and move products with pallet jack or forklift
- Strong attention to detail and motivation
- Good customer service skills
Job Duties
- Loading, unloading, and driving a 20-24 foot box truck
- Safe and timely delivery to customers with a high level of customer service
- Following Department of Transportation (DOT) rules and regulations
- Conducting thorough daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintaining a clean and professional image of self and vehicle
- Assisting with branch warehouse support
- Operating pallet jacks and forklifts when necessary
