Job Requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Approachable, friendly, and easy to interact with
- Highly self-motivated with a keen eye for detail
- Capable of collaborating effectively with others and communicating across all levels of the organization, including with merchandisers and the sales team
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Able to work in cooler environments for extended periods
- Ability to maintain punctuality and arrive on time for scheduled shifts
- Ability to regularly lift, move, carry, push, and pull up to 40 pounds, including up and down stairs, and occasionally lift up to 160 pounds
- Capable of sitting for extended periods while driving
- Ability to twist, turn, crouch, stoop, and squat repeatedly throughout the workday
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- May be required to have a valid drivers license
- Must have a safe driving record that meets the requirements of the FBG Safety Team
- Ability to drive full-size cargo vans and various-sized SUVs is beneficial
- Ability to operate various pallet jacks preferred
Job Duties
- Support delivery drivers in transporting and delivering pre-ordered products to various customer locations across 17 counties in Wisconsin
- Unload and transport an average of 800 cases of products daily, with some items weighing up to 160 lbs, at customer sites
- Stock, rotate, and merchandise products, as well as create displays at customer locations
- Foster positive relationships with both customers and team members
- Additional duties as assigned
