Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED equivalent
- 21 years of age or older
- valid and current driver's license in the state of residency
- minimum of 12 months professional experience driving a 24-foot box truck or larger commercial vehicle
- physically able and willing to move furniture indoors, outdoors, up or down stairs, and in all weather conditions
- ability to lift 100+ pounds with a partner
- ability to comply with Federal Motor Carriers Safety Administration regulations
- ability to read and speak English sufficiently to communicate, understand highway traffic signs, respond to inquiries, and complete documentation
- ability to maintain a valid DOT Medical Evaluator Certificate including passing a physical and drug screening
- ability to pass a road test based on FMCSA/CORT requirements
- acceptable motor vehicle report per company safe driving standards
Job Qualifications

- acceptable motor vehicle report according to company standards
Job Duties
- review daily route and safety topics at the warehouse
- drive a 26-foot box truck with lift gate to customer locations
- unload, deliver, and install furniture
- interact with customers to ensure positive service
- assist with loading and unloading furniture in the warehouse
- comply with federal motor carriers safety administration regulations
- maintain safe driving standards and pass required road tests
