- Spark Driver app compatible device with iOS 11 or newer or Android 5.0 or higher
- device with camera and GPS
- clean, smoke-free vehicle
- 18 years of age or older
- valid proof of auto insurance
- valid driver’s license
- authorization to work as an independent contractor in the U.S.
- ability to undergo background screening including motor vehicle records and criminal background checks
