Job Requirements
- 18+ years old (21+ to deliver alcohol)
- Have a car, scooter, or bicycle (in select cities)
- Valid driver’s license number
- Social security number (for US-based Dashers)
- Consistent access to a smartphone
- Successful ID verification
- Eligibility to work in the US
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous delivery or customer service experience is a plus
- Ability to use a smartphone and relevant apps
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with local area or ability to use GPS navigation
Job Duties
- Pick up food, groceries, or retail orders from stores or restaurants
- Deliver orders promptly to customers
- Use the DoorDash Dasher app to accept assignments and navigate routes
- Maintain excellent communication with customers and support teams
- Ensure accuracy and quality of deliveries
- Manage cash out using the DoorDash Crimson debit card
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations
