- Have access to a car, scooter, or bicycle in select cities
- Possess a valid driver's license number
- Provide social security number (only in the US)
- Have consistent access to a smartphone
- Successfully complete ID verification
- Meet state age eligibility requirements where applicable
Job Qualifications
- Basic understanding of navigation and delivery routes
- Ability to use a smartphone and mobile apps
- Good time management and customer service skills
- Reliable transportation such as a car, scooter, or bicycle (in select cities)
- Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism
- Must meet age requirements as per location
- Passed successful ID verification
Job Duties
- Pick up orders from restaurants or stores
- Deliver orders promptly and accurately to customers
- Use the DoorDash Dasher app to receive and manage delivery requests
- Maintain communication with customers and support team as needed
- Ensure the safety and quality of delivered items
- Manage cashing out earnings through the Dasher app
- Adhere to company policies and local regulations while on duty
