Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current Class A or B CDL and DOT medical card
- Previous grocery, retail, or beverage experience preferred
- Ability to lift, carry, and move 50-60 lbs and up to 160 lbs occasionally
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Montana driver's license and clean driving record
- Adherence to federal, state, and local regulations
- Ability to work independently and manage route
- Maintain appropriate dress and professionalism
Job Qualifications

- Current Class A or B CDL and DOT medical card required
- Previous grocery, retail, or beverage experience a plus
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Ability to manage own route and delegate effectively
- Ability to regularly lift, carry, and move 50-60 lbs with maximum up to 160 lbs
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods including bending, reaching, lifting, and pulling
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work on own initiative and independently
- Ability to handle a wide range of tasks
- Understand and effectively communicate Summit Beverage's organizational mission and goals
Job Duties
- Receive daily work request at start of each workday and have schedules signed off by account management
- Review instructions as provided by Supervisor or Sales Representatives
- Communicate with appropriate Sales Representatives daily
- Serve all accounts as scheduled by Supervisor
- Pull outdated, damaged, and unsellable products and notify Sales Representative
- Stock, rotate, and face product in coolers, on shelves, racks, and in displays
- Work all back stock as required by Supervisor and Sales Representative
- Set up and rotate sales promotion displays including signage according to store and Company standards
- Assist in resolving customer inquiries and service complaints
- Notify Supervisor of any problems or opportunities with assigned accounts
- Follow monthly Pay For Performance objectives
- Complete other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Director of Delivery Operations
- Adhere to Company policies and procedures
- Adhere to all federal, state, and local regulations regarding the merchandising of alcoholic beverages
- Maintain a valid Montana driver's license and clean driving record
- Maintain DOT medical card
- Maintain and properly use company vehicles
- Maintain appropriate dress and appearance per Company standards
- Display effective interpersonal communication
- Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness in all areas of responsibility
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Show sound judgment, decision-making, and accountability
