Job Requirements
- Valid Class A Indiana Commercial Driver's License
- DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate
- Ability to climb in and out of truck tractor and trailer
- Ability to lift 40 pounds constantly and 170 pounds frequently
- Ability to push/pull 2,500 pounds occasionally
- Ability to operate pallet jack and hand truck
- Ability to twist, turn, crouch, stoop and squat repeatedly throughout the day
Job Qualifications

- Proven experience driving commercial delivery vehicles
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and pushing heavy loads
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic troubleshooting skills for draught system problems
- Knowledge of product rotation and quality maintenance
- Ability to follow safety and company vehicle maintenance standards
- Capable of operating pallet jack and hand truck
- Familiarity with invoice generation and payment collection protocols
Job Duties
- Perform pre- and post-trip DOT inspection of truck
- Ensure all delivery equipment is on the truck
- Greet the customer and receive any special instructions for delivery
- Check for empties, returns or breakage to be picked up
- Ensure all floor displays, back stock, shelves, and coolers runs are full and rotated
- Ensure all out-of-date product and empties have been picked up
- Issue proper credit to customer
- Ensure all pick-up sheets are filled out completely and correctly
- Ensure all trash from delivery is disposed properly
- Confirm with customer that all product has been delivered and credits due are entered on invoices
- Notify administration, salesman, and supervisor of any errors or changes made to invoices
- Generate invoices and collect payment from customers
- Refuel truck
- Deliver PDA and all pick-up sheets to back door manager
- Confirm check-in count with manager
- Park truck as directed
- Remove and clean trash from cab and trailer
- Deliver all invoices, pick sheets, route sheets, checks, cash, and end-of-day reports to cash office
- Drive truck in a safe manner
- Accept and deliver any route assigned in a safe and timely fashion
- Drive commercial delivery trucks, vans, and/or tractor-trailer combinations to deliver product to retail accounts
- Look for innovation and continuous improvement in the Delivery Department and in the company overall
- Clean the truck tractor interior
- Troubleshoot basic draught system problems and respond to trouble calls in a timely manner
- Merchandise/install paper and permanent Point of Sale materials
- Maintain product freshness and presentation through product rotation and equipment cleanliness and appearance
- Ensure assigned Company vehicle is maintained to Anheuser-Busch standards to include truck detailing/waxing, clean interior, etc.
- Responsible for maintenance of tools to perform specific tasks (spanner wrench, thermometers, tower wrench, etc.)
- Maintain tap cleaning logs on a daily basis, check and date QC stickers with adherence to Anheuser-Busch guidelines
- Receive weekly list of accounts to service by draught manager every Monday
- Perform all other tasks as assigned
