- own or have access to a car, scooter, or bicycle (if applicable)
- possess a valid driver’s license
- have a social security number if in the US
- have reliable transportation and a smartphone
- pass successful ID verification
- comply with DoorDash’s terms and conditions
- have the legal right to work in the US
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old (21 plus to deliver alcohol)
- have access to a car, scooter, or bicycle (in select cities)
- possess a valid driver's license
- have a social security number (only in the US)
- have consistent access to a smartphone
- ability to pass identity verification
- basic customer service skills
- familiarity with smartphone apps and navigation technology
Job Duties
- Pick up orders from restaurants, stores, and merchants
- deliver orders promptly to customers' specified locations
- manage multiple deliveries efficiently
- communicate with customers and support teams when necessary
- use the DoorDash Dasher app to accept delivery requests and navigate routes
- maintain professionalism and customer service standards
- comply with all local traffic and delivery regulations
