Job Requirements
- Must be 18 or older
- Valid driver’s license as per state laws with minimum 2 years driving experience
- Proof of car insurance with no cancellations in the past 3 years
- Reliable vehicle for deliveries
- Acceptable motor vehicle record
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Must be able to interact professionally with customers
- Ability to perform physical tasks required for delivery and food preparation
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- At least 2 years of valid driving experience with no license cancellation in the past 3 years
- Proof of car insurance without cancellation for 3 years
- Reliable vehicle available for deliveries
- Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours and as part of a team
- Basic cash handling skills
- Familiarity with point of sale systems is a plus
Job Duties
- Perform duties including pre-delivery vehicle preparation, learning the delivery area, checking orders for quality and accuracy, following proper delivery procedures
- Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers in person or by phone
- Act with a sense of urgency in all tasks
- Assist team members by being punctual, supporting other workstations, and completing closing duties including cleaning
- Maintain uniform and appearance standards
- Accurately process order paperwork and payment transactions
- Execute cash management duties
- Use the FOCUS system
- Support sales efforts by suggestively selling to increase check average and distributing door hangers
- Maintain organized, safe, and clean work areas and comply with safety and security standards
