Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- must have a reliable vehicle for making deliveries
- must have valid driver’s license
- must have proof of insurance
- knowledge of delivery area
- motor vehicle record in good standing
Job Qualifications
- Excellent guest service skills
- strong communication skills
- experience in customer service or similar roles
- ability to accurately handle money and process credit card transactions
- strong menu knowledge
- computer skills including POS system proficiency
- ability to prioritize deliveries efficiently
- ability to lift 25 pounds
- ability to perform under pressure in a high volume restaurant
- ability to stand for extended periods
- good manners and positive attitude
Job Duties
- Greet walk in guests
- answer phone calls using a company suggested scripts in a fast and courteous manner
- accurately input orders into the computer system and coordinate proper times for carry out and delivery orders
- handle cash and credit transactions
- accurately account for all receivables including cash, credit cards, coupons and gift cards
- practice safe food and beverage handling and clean up at all times
- assist delivery of meals to dine in guests
- ensure guest receives service above expectations
- assist in refills and packaging of food for guests
- complete daily and weekly duties and cleaning as assigned
- distribute marketing materials as directed and build brand awareness in a positive manner
