Job Requirements
- Valid driver's license with good driving record
- Must be 21 years of age
- High school diploma or GED
- Proficiency in English language
- Ability to lift heavy items
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Completion of background check, drug screen, and DOT physical
- Completion of Behavioral Assessment
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to operate 26' box trucks safely
Job Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record (less than 4 points in the last 3 years)
- Proficiency in the English language (both written and verbal)
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Maintain professionalism when representing the company at various event venues
- Strong basic math skills and ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to interpret instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
- Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs regularly, up to 100 lbs frequently, and occasionally more than 100 lbs with team assistance and equipment
- Willingness to cross-train in other departments
- Completion of a 5-minute Behavioral Assessment through the Predictive Index
- Successful completion of company background check, drug screen, and DOT physical
Job Duties
- Safely operate 26' box trucks (non-CDL) to complete deliveries and pickups
- Deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring on-time deliveries and pickups while collaborating with team, on-site event planners, and venue staff
- Coordinate closely with sales and warehouse teams to ensure accurate handling of equipment and fulfillment of orders
- Conduct quality control inspections to maintain high company standards
- Follow routes established by leadership to meet company and client expectations
- Adhere to Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) regulations
- Perform additional duties as required
