Job Requirements
- must be 18 years of age or older
- valid driver’s license with a clean driving history for 2 years
- access to an insured vehicle eligible for deliveries
- ability to use navigation apps and read maps
- capable of navigating multi-story buildings and adverse terrain
- willing to work flexible schedules
- able to communicate clearly with customers and team members
- able to operate kitchen equipment safely
- capable of performing basic math and handling money accurately
- committed to providing excellent customer service
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- valid driver’s license with a safe driving record for at least 2 years
- access to an insured vehicle for deliveries
- navigational skills to read maps and use apps
- ability to operate store equipment
- strong communication skills
- basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- ability to make correct monetary change
- motor coordination for precise movements
- customer service experience preferred but not required
Job Duties
- operate all equipment
- stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler
- prepare product as needed
- receive and process telephone orders as needed
- complete associated paperwork
- clean designated items daily
- communicate effectively with customers and co-workers
- navigate delivery routes using maps and apps
- ensure safe driving and timely delivery
- provide great customer service and service recovery
- handle monetary transactions accurately
- enter orders using computer or touchscreen
