Job Requirements
- must have a driver’s license valid under the laws of the state(s) where the team member works with a minimum of 2 years and no lapse of cancellation in 3 years
- proof of car insurance with no lapse of cancellation in 3 years
- reliable vehicle
- acceptable motor vehicle record
- must be 18 or older
- ability to perform pre-delivery vehicle preparation and follow proper delivery procedures
- ability to provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction
- ability to work as part of a team and complete closing duties
- ability to accurately process order paperwork and payment transactions
- ability to comply with uniform and appearance standards and safety guidelines

Job Duties
- pre-delivery vehicle preparation
- learn the delivery area
- check orders for quality and accuracy
- follow proper delivery procedures
- provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers in person or by phone
- perform other assigned workstation duties including making quality products, preparing ingredients, and taking orders
- work as part of a team and assist by being on time for shifts and supporting other workstations
- complete all closing duties including cleaning
- comply with uniform and appearance standards
- accurately process order paperwork and payment transactions
- execute cash management duties
- use the FOCUS system
- support sales efforts by suggestively selling to increase the check average and distributing door hangers
- maintain organized, safe, and clean work areas and comply with safety and security standards at all times
