Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid Driver's License
- Acceptable driving record as verified by motor vehicle report
- Ability to provide current driver's insurance
- Ability to maintain an Indiana State Employee Liquor Permit
- Ability to maintain an Indiana State Approved Server Training Certification
- Ability to stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk regularly
- Ability to move items weighing less than 10 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Must be able to perform duties without continuous supervision
- Frequent travel is expected
Job Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to maintain an Indiana State Employee Liquor Permit
- Ability to maintain an Indiana State Approved Server Training Certification
- Strong commitment to excellent customer service
- Ability to operate a delivery system computer program
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
Job Duties
- Practice responsible alcohol delivery service standards as set forth by state law, including ID verification and usage of delivery system ID technology
- Thoroughly review orders before and after each delivery to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction
- Load, transport, and deliver items to customers in a safe and timely manner
- Follow all transportation and parking laws
- Operate the delivery system via office computer
- Provide excellent customer service, answer questions, and handle complaints
- Adhere to assigned routes and follow time schedules
- Prepare mileage and tip reports related to deliveries
