Job Requirements
- At least 21 years of age
- Conversational English required
- Valid Class-C driver’s license
- US work authorization
- Ability to pass DOT physical
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug test
- Physical fitness to deliver 100-250 stops per day
- Punctual, energetic, and honest
- Able to get in and out of vehicles and walk up and down stairs
- No recent marijuana use within last 45 days
Job Qualifications
- English proficiency
- Valid Class-C California driver’s license
- Reliable and punctual
- US work authorization
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to pass DOT physical
- Clean driving record without DUI, suspensions, or moving violations in the past three years
- Ability to pass detailed background check
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug test

Job Duties
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspection of delivery vehicle daily
- Organize preloaded products in step vans, box trucks, and transit vehicles according to company specifications
- Attend team meetings
- Complete continuing safety trainings
- Safely drive and operate delivery vehicle
- Use handheld device for routing and customer delivery information
- Deliver and pick up packages on assigned routes
- Navigate various routes throughout the delivery area
- Maintain ongoing communication with management
- Maintain clean vehicle and tools
- Assist neighboring routes as needed
- Lift packages up to 75lbs unassisted and up to 150lbs with dolly
- Get in and out of delivery vehicles and walk up and down stairs throughout the shift
