Job Duties
- Deliver floral arrangements, plants, and gift items to homes, businesses, hospitals, and event locations with care and professionalism
- Provide a warm, positive customer experience at each stop, ensuring recipients feel valued
- Safely load, secure, and transport arrangements to prevent damage during transit
- Maintain delivery logs, obtain signatures, and communicate any delivery issues or delays
- Assist the floral team with packaging, staging, and preparing orders for delivery
- Keep the delivery vehicle clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies
- Support in-shop tasks as needed during slower delivery periods including light cleaning, restocking, and organizing
