Job Requirements
- Must have a valid drivers license with a driving record indicating a safe driving history acceptable to the company
- Must remain eligible to drive a commercial motor vehicle under applicable laws and regulations
- Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screen excluding THC to the extent legally permissible
- Must obtain a 6-month DOT medical card specific to the role
- Basic English language skills both verbal and written
- Ability to work additional hours beyond scheduled shift including overtime
- Ability to lift up to 70lbs and push, pull up to 400lbs with assistance
- Must wear safety composite shoes
- Must be at least 21 years of age
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 1-year truck driving experience operating a 16ft or longer straight truck
- Experience in high-volume package delivery
- Ability to use technology including GPS and mobile devices
- Strong decision-making and customer service skills
- Ability to lift heavy items up to 70 lbs and maneuver up to 130 lbs occasionally
- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
Job Duties
- Transport products safely on assigned delivery routes
- Deliver office supplies to customers efficiently
- Load and unload delivery trucks as needed
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and maintain vehicle cleanliness
- Utilize GPS and Proof of Delivery devices for route optimization and delivery confirmation
- Provide excellent customer service and support, handling returns and resolving issues
- Uphold and promote safety culture and practices
