Job Duties
- process and deliver customer orders using routing/dispatch software
- ensure timely and professional delivery of products
- verify customer identity, handle cash payments, and ensure accurate exchanges
- follow assigned routes and communicate deviations with the dispatcher and leads
- provide outstanding customer service via phone, text, and in-person during deliveries
- build and maintain positive relationships with customers, partners, and team members
- address customer concerns and inquiries promptly and effectively
