Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- valid driver’s license with acceptable motor vehicle record
- proof of insurance and satisfactory vehicle for delivery
- ability to work long hours including nights, weekends, and emergencies
- able to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds regularly and over 51 pounds occasionally
- cross-trained to perform other workstation duties
- compliance with uniform, appearance, and operational standards
- willing to work in various environmental conditions
- bilingual in certain markets

Job Duties
- Perform pre-delivery vehicle preparation
- learn delivery area
- check orders for quality and accuracy
- follow proper delivery procedures
- provide quality customer service in person or by phone
- perform workstation duties including making products and preparing ingredients
- work as part of a team supporting other workstations
- complete closing duties including cleaning
- comply with uniform and appearance standards
- process orders and payment transactions accurately
- execute cash management duties
- use the PROFIT System
- suggestively sell to increase check averages
- distribute promotional materials
- maintain organized, safe, and clean work areas
- comply with safety and security standards
