Job Duties
- Perform pre-delivery vehicle preparation
- learn the delivery area
- check orders for quality and accuracy
- follow proper delivery procedures
- provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers in person or by phone
- act with a sense of urgency in all duties
- perform assigned workstation duties including making quality products, preparing ingredients, and taking orders
- work as part of a team supporting others by being punctual, assisting during shifts, and completing closing duties including cleaning
- comply with uniform and appearance standards
- contribute to a teamwork, energy, and fun atmosphere
- accurately process order paperwork and payment transactions
- execute cash management duties
- use the FOCUS system
- support sales by suggestively selling and distributing door hangers
- maintain organized, safe, and clean work areas
- comply with safety and security standards at all times
