Job Requirements
- must be 18 years of age or older
- possession of a valid driver’s license meeting company standards
- access to an insured vehicle suitable for deliveries
- ability to navigate multi-story buildings and adverse terrain
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings
- possess reliable transportation
- ability to comply with all company safety protocols
- physical capability to lift and carry heavy items
- ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
Job Qualifications
- valid driver’s license
- safe driving record
- ability to navigate and read maps or GPS devices accurately
- good communication skills both verbal and written
- ability to operate delivery equipment
- basic math skills including making correct monetary change
- ability to work full or part-time hours including evenings
- ability to handle physical demands such as lifting up to 50 pounds
- prior experience in food delivery or customer service is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- deliver pizzas and other food items to customers promptly and safely
- operate all necessary delivery equipment and tools
- navigate efficiently using maps and GPS within the designated delivery area
- maintain communication with store staff and customers to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery
- follow company safety standards and traffic laws
- receive and process telephone orders as needed
- assist with inventory management and upkeep of delivery vehicles
