- Valid driver’s license appropriate for the vehicle class being operated
- clean driving record with minimal recent violations or accidents
- ability to pass background checks and drug screening as required
- basic literacy and numeracy skills to manage schedules and documentation
- physical ability to perform vehicle inspections and handle cargo as needed
Job Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license appropriate for the vehicle class being operated

- previous experience as a professional driver or in a customer-facing transportation role
- certification in defensive driving or related safety training
- familiarity with GPS and route planning technology
- strong communication skills to effectively interact with diverse customers
- knowledge of local geography and traffic patterns to optimize route efficiency
Job Duties
- Operate vehicles safely and in compliance with all traffic laws and company policies
- provide courteous and professional customer service to all customers
- manage daily schedules to ensure timely delivery of goods
- conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to identify and report any mechanical issues
- maintain accurate records of routes, mileage, and any incidents or delays encountered during shifts
