Job Duties
- Safely operate all company vehicles including 16-foot and 26-foot box trucks and sprinter vans following all traffic laws and DOT regulations
- Load furniture and décor products securely at the warehouse
- Deliver and unload furniture to residential and commercial locations on schedule
- Set up furniture onsite according to Vesta Home's standards and arrange items to create a polished appearance
- Hang art, mirrors, and wall décor securely using proper tools and techniques
- Communicate regularly with dispatch providing updates and responding to changes
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Verify products using warehouse management systems and scanning devices
- Restock and organize delivery supplies as specified
- Clean and prepare furniture before delivery ensuring pristine condition
- Provide professional communication with customers about delivery updates and address concerns
- Assist in warehouse operations including inventory management and order staging
- Adapt to changes in delivery routes and schedules with a positive attitude
- Use tools such as drills and hammers for furniture assembly and décor installation
- Take and submit photos for quality assurance and documentation
- Follow directions from managers and designers to meet delivery and setup standards
