Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior customer service experience
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs and climbing stairs

Job Duties
- Ensure showroom is regularly stocked, inventory is rotated, and maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization while promoting safety in the workplace
- Process customer orders received by phone, email, or in person with excellent customer service, including will-call orders from stock, and assist with inside sales tasks such as billing and quoting prices
- Operate a forklift to move stock, receive freight, assist with inventory cycle counting, and perform shipping duties for product deliveries
- Handle customer complaints or issues, referring unresolved grievances to a Supervisor or Manager, and ensure proper safety protocols, including the use of PPE and safe handling of hazardous materials
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness, ensure continuous improvement, promote safety awareness, and collaborate with all branches and departments in a professional manner
