Job Requirements
- must have a valid drivers license with a safe driving record
- ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screen with no THC
- must obtain a 6-month DOT medical card specific to the role
- full-time availability including ability to work additional overtime hours
- ability to lift up to 70 lbs and push or pull items weighing up to 400 lbs with hand carts or equipment
- ability to occasionally maneuver items up to 130 lbs
- must wear safety composite shoes
- must be at least 21 years of age
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience
- minimum 1-year truck driving experience operating a 16ft or longer straight truck or comparable experience
- high volume package delivery experience
- basic English language skills both verbal and written
- ability to navigate maps and use GPS technology
- customer service skills
Job Duties
- transport products safely and deliver office supplies on assigned route
- load truck as needed depending on volume
- ensure safe work practices and foster safety culture
- organize and load product using manifest to maximize delivery efficiency
- provide customer support and handle product returns
- use technology including GPS and mobile proof of delivery devices
- maintain cleanliness of vehicle and perform pre-trip inspections
