Job Requirements
- Valid drivers’ license with safe driving record acceptable to the company
- Must remain eligible to drive a commercial motor vehicle under applicable laws and regulations
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screen (no THC) as legally permissible
- Must obtain a 6-month DOT medical card
- Basic English language skills both verbal and written
- Ability to work additional hours beyond scheduled shift and overtime as needed
- Ability to lift up to 70lbs, push and pull up to 400lbs with assistance
- Ability to maneuver up to 130 lbs occasionally
- Must wear safety composite shoes
- Must be at least 21 years of age
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 1-year of truck driving experience operating a 16ft or longer straight truck or comparable driving experience
- High volume package delivery experience
- Ability to use GPS and mobile Proof of Delivery devices
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
Job Duties
- Transport products safely and deliver office supplies on assigned route
- Load truck depending on volume
- Ensure safe work practices and embrace safety culture
- Organize and load products using the manifest to optimize delivery routes
- Solve customer problems and provide customer support
- Accept product returns
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns
