Job Requirements
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and early mornings
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 21 years of age or older
- Valid and current driver’s license in the state of residency
- Minimum of 3 months professional experience driving a 24-foot box truck or larger commercial vehicle, with 1 year preferred
- Physically able to move furniture indoors and outdoors, up or down stairs, in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift 100+ pounds with a partner
- Ability to comply with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration regulations including reading and speaking English sufficiently
- Ability to maintain valid DOT Medical Evaluator Certificate with passing physical and drug screening
- Ability to successfully pass FMCSA/CORT road test
- Acceptable motor vehicle record per company safe driving standards

- Ability to pass FMCSA/CORT road test and meet safe driving standards
Job Duties
- Load trucks safely and according to delivery specifications
- Attend pre-delivery meetings and maintain communication with operations team
- Conduct pre- and post-trip truck inspections and clean trucks
- Complete all required documentation and operate electronic logging devices
- Drive box trucks or sprinter vans safely and lawfully
- Install, assemble, and maintain furniture at event venues following client instructions
- Inspect and load pickups ensuring no product is left behind
- Provide professional onsite customer service and address client concerns
- Supervise temporary associates to ensure safe and accurate work
- Perform warehouse duties including manual loading, unloading, organizing, and cleaning
- Other duties as assigned
