- Basic math skills for handling cash
- Ability to stand for long periods

Job Duties
- Answering phones using the proper greeting
- Taking food and beverage orders
- Up selling menu items
- Getting tickets to the kitchen
- Ensuring accurate accounting of all transactions
- Collecting cash, gift card and credit card payments
- Making change for cash transactions
- Preparing vouchers for credit card purchases
- Ensuring all delivery orders are accurate
- Confirming customers have everything they need before leaving
- Maintaining a clean and sanitary work station and delivery vehicle
- Serving the needs of each customer effectively
- Providing service that meets and exceeds customer expectations
- Executing the delivery car checklist
- Understanding and executing the delivery car policy
- Adhering to company rules of conduct
- Following the Cash Handling Policy
- Following opening and closing checklists when working as a delivery driver
- Following all health codes and policies mandated by the Department of Health in Ohio
- Supporting management and fellow employees as an active team member
