Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older with a valid driver's license
- high school diploma or GED equivalent
- 5+ years' driving experience
- 1+ years' customer service, retail, sales, or service industry experience
- ability to routinely lift 35-75 lbs and occasionally handle items up to 165 lbs with assistance
- must hold a current, valid driver's license that meets insurance carrier's requirements
- current DOT physical
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- ability to read, understand and interpret sales figures, discounts, and margins
- smart phone required for mobile applications
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Adhere to all company policies and state and federal regulations
- project a positive image consistent with company expectations
- physically count in truck each morning and compare with load sheet
- maintain best in class overall appearance of their market
- fill display and cooler, rotate truck to display, display to shelf
- build creative displays
- deliver product orders as written to designated retail accounts
- perform all rotation, stocking and merchandising delivery functions as directed
- maintain company assigned equipment and vehicles
- understand and comply with all quality assurance guidelines and policies of A&B distributors and its suppliers
- follow all requirements written in Associate Handbook
- proven ability to build rapport with clients
- complete all assigned training in a timely manner
- flexibility with work hours
