Job Requirements

  • No degree required
  • One or more years of experience required
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and safe driving record
  • Must qualify for corporate insurance programs including vehicle insurance
  • Must meet Department of Transportation testing and physical requirements
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must comply with state, local, DOT, and FMCSA regulations

Job Qualifications

  • No degree required
  • One or more years of related experience
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
  • Frequent use of Outlook, Word, Excel, graphics, etc.
  • Basic oral communication skills
  • Ability to follow clear directions and procedures
  • Decision-making affecting own job or assigned area
  • Ability to work under guidance of supervisor or manager

Job Duties

  • Drive a company vehicle in a safe, courteous, and responsible manner avoiding traffic violations and accidents
  • Physically load company truck at the location and verify the condition of the truck, the manifest, and other paperwork associated with deliveries
  • Drive to the delivery destination and physically unload the truck, verify parts unloaded, obtain signature of receiving location confirming accuracy of parts received
  • Make proper notations on the manifest and provide receipts on parts being returned
  • Collect accounts receivable as necessary
  • Comply with established company policies and procedures
  • Provide excellent customer service during delivery and pick up of products
