Job Duties
- Perform pre-delivery vehicle preparation
- Learn the delivery area
- Check orders for quality and accuracy
- Follow proper delivery procedures
- Provide quality customer service in person and by phone
- Perform workstation duties including making products and preparing ingredients
- Take orders
- Support team members by being punctual and assisting other workstations
- Complete all closing duties including cleaning
- Comply with uniform and appearance standards
- Process order paperwork and payment transactions accurately
- Execute cash management duties
- Use the FOCUS system
- Suggestively sell to increase check average
- Distribute door hangers
- Maintain organized, safe, and clean work areas
- Comply with safety and security standards
