Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
- Ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions correctly
- Ability to maintain delivery tracking system
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical stamina to bend, stand, walk for entire work shift
Job Qualifications

- Experience in delivery driving or logistics preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work independently
- Good communication and attentive listening skills
- Ability to handle cash and process transactions accurately
- Ability to use maps and navigation tools

- Experience with inventory management
Job Duties
- Deliver parts to customers with passion for building relationships
- Pick up parts from multiple vendors and ensure stock room parts are accurately stocked and inventory maintained
- Focus on safety while driving and making deliveries
- Serve as a NAPA brand ambassador while interacting with customers
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers
- Maintain delivery truck including safety checklist adherence, cleanliness, and basic maintenance such as tire pressure
