Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable vehicle with current registration and insurance
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Must have a smartphone for app-based deliveries
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Prior delivery driving experience preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to navigate using GPS and maps
- Strong customer service orientation
- Basic math skills for handling payments
Job Duties
- Deliver pizzas, pasta, and wings efficiently and safely to customers
- Manage delivery schedules and routes to ensure timely service
- Handle cash, card payments, and tips accurately
- Maintain communication with the restaurant and customers regarding order status
- Uphold food safety and quality standards during delivery
- Utilize navigation tools to optimize delivery routes
- Provide excellent customer service and address any delivery issues promptly
