Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old
- Hold a valid US driver's license with minimum 2 years licensed driving history
- Provide proof of driving history with no suspensions at the beginning of the 2-year period
- Maintain an unsuspended driving record for 1.5 years within the last 2 years
- Have no more than 1 traffic violation and 1 at-fault accident in the past 2 years
- Have no more than 2 violations and 1 at-fault accident in the past 3 years
- Have no more than 3 violations in the past 3 years
- Have no serious traffic violations or offenses such as driving under the influence, reckless driving, hit and run, or speeding over 30 MPH within the last 5 years
- Have no distracted or inattentive driving violations within the last 3 years
- Maintain valid vehicle registration and insurance with the vehicle being inspected periodically for headlights, tires, brakes, signals, mirrors, and safety belts
- Have access to a reliable insured vehicle suitable for delivery
- Possess customer service and navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers
- Willingness to perform periodic in-store tasks such as food preparation and cleaning
- Ability to handle varying physical demands including lifting, carrying, standing, and walking
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Possess a valid driver's license with at least 2 years of driving history in the United States
- Have an unsuspended or uninterrupted driving history for at least 1.5 years within the last 2 years
- Provide documentation of driving history proving compliance with company standards
- Have no more than one violation and one at-fault accident in the last 2 years
- No serious violations such as reckless or impaired driving in the last 5 years
- Possess excellent communication skills for verbal, written, and telephone interactions
- Ability to make correct monetary change quickly and accurately
- Ability to manipulate food preparation tools and equipment safely
- Ability to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings and private homes
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Ability to work under stress and maintain quality control standards
- Valid insurance coverage and registration for vehicle used in delivery
- Ability to pass periodic vehicle inspections
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions effectively
Job Duties
- Deliver pizzas and other food items to customers in a timely manner while maintaining food quality
- Navigate delivery routes using maps to locate delivery addresses within the designated area
- Communicate clearly and courteously with customers to ensure satisfaction and process orders as needed
- Assist with in-store duties such as food preparation, equipment operation, stocking ingredients, and cleaning
- Perform inventory checks and complete associated documentation as required
- Operate store equipment safely and follow all operational procedures
- Adhere to safety and traffic regulations while driving
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Participate in orientation and on-the-job training sessions
