- Drivers must complete Safe Delivery CBT
- Must maintain a clean and professional appearance

- Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to follow strict operational procedures and guidelines

Job Duties
- Answering the phone or assisting carryout customers politely and knowledgeably
- Maintaining a perfect personal image according to standard
- Demonstrating customer WOW steps: apologize, give what they want, and offer something extra
- Counting pepperoni and ham on every order daily regardless of topping amounts
- Ensuring no pizza is cleared before ready for oven
- Drivers having $1 in coin change on every delivery and saying 'Let me get your change'
- Restricting personal and company cash carrying to a maximum of $20
- Ensuring no weapons or pocket knives are carried while working
- Maintaining clean and neat driver vehicles to project a positive image
- Following proper delivery and check-in times
- Pizza makers washing hands prior to food preparation
- Only using proper food preparation procedures
- Drivers completing Safe Delivery CBT
- Repeating orders back and confirming customer name and address for accuracy
