Job Requirements
- Successfully pass initial and random drug screens and Fit For Duty exam
- achieve passing score on Defensive Driving courses
- delivery on JBER required with clean background and driving record
- dependable with minimal unscheduled absences
- ability to organize and prioritize work
- good aptitude with numbers
- physically able to lift 50-70 lbs repetitiously and occasionally 80 lbs
- ability to climb stairs and ladders frequently
- able to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
- maintain positive and professional attitude
- subject to criminal background and reference checks
- full completion of job application
- professional and/or previous employer references required
Job Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Real ID Drivers License
- clean driving record for no less than 5 years
- minimum age of 21 years
- good customer service skills
- ability to work safely and efficiently
- organizational skills
- knowledge of gardening and pet products helpful
- forklift certification preferred
Job Duties
- Maintain a professional, clean appearance, including wearing company logo apparel
- pick, pull, and pack all orders accurately for on-time home delivery
- provide customer service to build long-term relationships with customers
- serve as a Mill Brand Ambassador during deliveries
- maintain the store delivery vehicle through safety checklists and cleanliness, submitting maintenance requests as needed
- assist customers with merchandise and load outs
- work safely and efficiently to provide excellent customer service
- pull and load store and e-commerce orders
- order warehouse inventory and help unpack and stock when not delivering
- organize and rotate stock
- assist with inventory procedures including receiving and cycle counts
- keep store equipment and supplies organized and maintained with safety and cleanliness
- learn and maintain product knowledge to assist customers
- clean and maintain fixtures, displays, shelves, and aisles
- repackage and label products as needed
- operate forklift with in-house certification and maintain a clean and safe working environment
- perform other duties as assigned by supervisors and management
