Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food service or restaurant environment
- knowledge of food safety standards
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to supervise and motivate team members
- flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- customer service oriented
Job Qualifications
- Experience in a similar position, especially with a restaurant or foodservice background
- incredible customer service skills and the ability to help maintain a customer focused culture
- ability to maintain equipment according to food safety standards
- ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
- must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Supervise team members in the hot deli area
- assist the Deli Manager in maintaining fresh food on the hot deli
- ensure the hot deli area is clean and well stocked
- uphold food safety standards by maintaining equipment
- provide excellent guest service
- collaborate with team members to foster a customer-focused culture
- manage flexible schedules including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
