Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Customer service, hospitality, or related experience preferred
- Ability to operate dealership mobile phone software
- Excellent communication skills verbal and written
- Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
- Must be dependable and reliable
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Availability to work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to excellent customer service
- Ability to pass background and drug screens

Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers in person, providing excellent guest service
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all guests
- Assist with valet parking and manage the dealership parking lot
- Deliver customer vehicles to and from customer homes
- Handle guest inquiries regarding vehicle service, sales, and dealership amenities
- Provide accurate information via phone, email, or in person
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in accordance with dealership standards
- Assist with deliveries, errands, and other dealership tasks as needed
