Job Requirements
- Must have reliable transportation
- Less than high school education or up to one-month related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to read 2-3 syllable words
- Ability to print clearly and speak simple sentences
- Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors
- Basic math skills including adding and subtracting two-digit numbers and multiplying and dividing by tens and hundreds
- Knowledge of American measures of money, weight, size, length, shapes, and volume
- Required to have a valid driver's license with proof of registration and insurance if driving
- Bilingual is a plus

- Knowledge of American measures of money, weight, size, length, shapes, and volume measures such as cups, pints, quarts, and gallons
- Required to have a valid driver's license if driving own vehicle or company vehicle during business time, with proof of vehicle registration and insurance
- Bilingual is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Perform floor care including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet spotting
- Perform surface care such as dusting, sanitizing, cleaning glass, polishing metal and wood, cleaning blinds and draperies
- Remove waste by emptying trash and recycle bins and transporting waste to proper disposal areas
- Conduct light maintenance tasks like replacing light bulbs and restocking supply cabinets or rooms
- Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures and address risk behavior
- Follow all company protocols, procedures, policies, and rules
- Take direction and respond to supervision
- Use proper personal protective equipment
- Present a professional appearance and conduct
- Understand and use reporting systems related to the environment
- Transport small equipment, tools, chairs, and tables
- Clean and straighten areas including lobbies and conference rooms
- Assist janitorial staff with restroom and break room cleaning, restocking, floor mopping, glass cleaning, and spot cleaning upholstered furniture and carpets
- Dust open common spaces
