Job Requirements
- must be 18 years or older (21 years or older to deliver alcohol)
- have access to a car, scooter, or bicycle (depending on city)
- possess a valid driver’s license number
- provide social security number (US only)
- have consistent access to a smartphone
- compliance with local eligibility and verification requirements
Job Qualifications

- valid driver’s license or equivalent as per vehicle type
- ability to use smartphone and app technology
- reliable transportation such as car, scooter or bicycle in select cities
- strong customer service skills
- basic knowledge of local area and navigation
Job Duties
- pick up orders from restaurants, grocery stores and retailers
- deliver orders promptly and accurately to customers
- manage delivery routes efficiently using the Dasher app
- communicate clearly with customers and merchants when necessary
- handle multiple orders during shifts to maximize earnings
- maintain a positive customer service attitude
- adhere to DoorDash’s safety and quality standards
