- 18+ years old (21+ in some states for alcohol delivery)
- driver’s license number
- social security number (US only)
- consistent access to a smartphone
- ability to meet vehicle requirements
- eligibility to work in the US
- comply with background check and ID verification
Job Qualifications
- must be at least 18 years old (21+ to deliver alcohol)
- must have a valid driver’s license
- ownership of a car, scooter, or bicycle (in select cities)
- able to pass background and ID verification
- possession of a smartphone with consistent access
- basic knowledge of the local area
Job Duties
- accept food, grocery, and retail delivery orders
- pick up orders promptly from restaurants and stores
- deliver orders efficiently to customers’ locations
- use the DoorDash app to navigate and manage deliveries
- communicate with customers and support team if issues arise
- cash out earnings through the Dasher app
- maintain a high standard of customer service
